'Jaime's Shield' (Part 2) (Story Code '45424') by James D. Parriott

On learning that a foreign agent is a member of an American police academy class, Oscar enrols Jaime as a cadet to investigate. Jaime arrives at the academy, and is soon aided in her mission by Police Commissioner Hart. On meeting her new roommate, Arlene, Jaime begins to suspect that the overly skilled and knowledgeable girl may be an agent. However, it transpires that Arlene is Hart’s daughter, and has enrolled under a false name because her father does not want her to join the force. Meanwhile, the real agent has seen through Jaime’s disguise, and has now ordered her execution…
